Ancient Expert

Overworld Ability

Fossil Finder - During Downtime, you may choose to spend an eight hour day searching the local wilderness for evidence of fossils. You have a 25% chance of finding a Fossil of the Professor's discretion, type to be determined by the environment.

Battle Ability

Ancient Battler - When each of your Pokemon enters Battle, you may instruct your Pokemon in ancient battle tactics. Choose Agile Style or Strong Style. If you choose Agile Style, until the end of the next Round, Physical and Special Moves that Pokemon uses deal 1 fewer Wound (minimum 1) and all Moves that Pokemon uses have Priority. If you choose Strong style, until the end of the next Round, Physical and Special Moves your Pokemon use deal an additional 2 Wounds on their first hit and your Pokemon's Turn Order is decreased by 10. You may use this ability a number of times each battle equal to your Training Limit.

Blackbelt (Fighting Specialist)

Overworld Ability

Fighting Tutor - When you spend two consecutive days of Training with a Pokemon and you choose to replace one or more of its Moves, you may teach a Fighting-Type Move to that Pokemon, as long as that Pokemon could normally learn that Move through a TM, Tutor, or as an Egg Move. You do not have to have access to a TM or other items to use this ability.

Battle Ability

Fist of Friendship - When your Fighting-Type Pokemon hits with a Contact Physical or Special Move, you may expend a number of Companion Points from your Pokemon up to your Training Limit, to deal that number of additional Wounds to one Pokemon affected by the Move.

Ace Trainer

Overworld Ability

Battle Notoriety - Powerful Pokemon trainers carry weight in society, and Ace Trainers know how to leverage that. When talking to other Trainers or people with knowledge of the Pokemon League, you gain a bonus to your CHA Skill rolls equal to your Trainer Level.

Battle Ability

Quick Command - With your eye for combat and battle awareness, your Pokemon can add your AWR Die to their Speed Die for deciding Turn Order. On each of their first Turns after entering Battle, a Pokemon affected by Quick Command may use one of their Moves as though it had Priority.
